UCSF PhysFit Physical Therapy Health & Wellness Center programs emphasize client education and individualized exercise instruction. They have been designed by physical therapists to promote weight maintenance, stress management, good posture, mental acuity, cardiopulmonary fitness, endurance, balance, flexibility and strength. Our senior programs specifically target the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, arthritis, neurological degeneration and other age-related concerns.
We offer a wide range of injury-specific, musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiopulmonary physical therapy classes and rehabilitation services. All classes are taught or supervised by UCSF physical therapists.
